iQOO has revealed the design, color options, and launch date of its upcoming Neo12 smartphone in China. The phone will launch on October 28, with pre-orders already open in the country.
The company previously confirmed that the iQOO Neo12 will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It will also feature a 2K AMOLED display with a 185Hz refresh rate.
The Neo12 will be available in three colors: Fierce Edge, Shadow Black, and Frost Blade Blue. The Fierce Edge version features a dynamic texture on its rear panel, giving the phone a distinct look.
iQOO has also confirmed a polished metal frame and a square rear camera module. The module includes an active cooling fan positioned in the bottom-right corner.
Alongside the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the Neo12 will feature iQOO’s Q3 gaming chip and an Ice-Dome cooling system. The phone will also pack a large 9,000mAh battery, making it a notable option for mobile gaming and extended use.
With its high-refresh-rate display, dedicated gaming hardware, and active cooling fan, the iQOO Neo12 is set to focus heavily on performance. More details about its pricing and availability outside China have yet to be announced.
