The Punjab government has announced 49 job vacancies at the Punjab Performance Management Unit (PPMU), offering monthly salaries ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 625,000.
The Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) has invited applications from male and female candidates holding a Punjab domicile. The positions are being offered on a contract basis under the development project for establishing the PPMU.
The vacancies cover 11 categories, including management, research, data analysis, finance, administration and field operations. The last date to apply is November 17, 2026.
The highest-paying position is General Manager (Monitoring, Policy and Research Analysis), with a monthly salary of Rs. 625,000. Other positions include Manager (Admin and Finance) at Rs. 425,000, Manager (Policy and Research Analysis) at Rs. 305,000 and Data Analyst at Rs. 305,000.
The department has also announced vacancies for Assistant Managers, Personal Assistants, Research Associates, Computer Operators and Field Officers, with salaries ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 220,000.
For the Field Officer category, 18 vacancies are available, making it the largest recruitment category. Applicants must have at least an Intermediate qualification and two years of relevant experience.
Other positions require bachelor’s or master’s-level qualifications, depending on the role, along with relevant professional experience. Candidates must also meet the prescribed age limits and educational requirements.

After submitting the online application, candidates must also send a printed application form, CV, recent photograph and attested copies of their educational certificates, experience documents, domicile and CNIC through courier to the Section Officer (Development), Implementation and Coordination Wing, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
Both online application and courier submission are mandatory. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications for each post.
