The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the Prime Minister’s Youth Chromebook Scheme for high-performing Grade 9 students. The initiative covers students from affiliated government schools who secured outstanding marks in the 2026 annual examinations. Both Science and General group students are eligible for the scheme.
According to a press release issued on November 5, the Karachi board has published the merit list on its official website. Students can now check their results and confirm whether they qualify for a Chromebook.
Eligible students can view the merit list through the BSEK official Chromebook Scheme portal. However, selection on the merit list is not the final step. Successful students must also complete their registration through the Prime Minister’s Youth Chromebook Scheme portal.
The board has urged eligible students to check their selection status and complete the registration process promptly. This will help them secure their place in the government-backed initiative.
