Air Link Communication Limited has officially informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange about the formation of its wholly owned subsidiary, ZEXO Technologies (Private) Limited, aimed at expanding its footprint in Pakistan’s technology sector. The board approved the move on December 1, 2025, with an investment of Rs. 200 million divided into 20 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each.
ZEXO Technologies will handle manufacturing, import, export, distribution, retail, and e-commerce of smartphones, laptops, electronics, home appliances, and related accessories. The new subsidiary is expected to boost Air Link’s presence in Pakistan’s growing tech market, broaden its range of products, and enhance its capabilities in consumer electronics and online retail. The company said this step reflects its long term growth plans and ongoing commitment to innovation in technology.
