ARC Raiders Week 10 Trials: Throw Snowballs & Unlock Rewards

Embark Studios has released the Week 10 Trials for ARC Raiders. This update brings fresh objectives for players chasing high-value rewards. The developer releases five new challenges every Monday, so you have one full week to stack progress. While some fans criticise the system as repetitive, others enjoy the extra structure. Regardless of where you stand, completing these trials is the best way to earn specific loot tiers.

Here is everything you need to know about the Week 10 challenges.

Master the Snowball Mechanic

This week’s curveball involves a specific environmental mechanic. Players must throw snowballs at Rocketeers. You cannot simply destroy them to progress. The challenge specifically requires a snowball hit.

To complete this, load into a map with the “Cold Snap” condition active. Once Topside, look at the snow-covered ground to collect snowballs. These add to your quick slot and work like any throwable item.

However, snowballs deal zero damage. Do not rely on them for kills. Instead, use this mechanic to set up the next challenge. Hit the Rocketeer with a snowball, then immediately switch weapons to destroy it. This offers great synergy with the “Deal damage to flying ARC enemies” trial.

ARC Raiders Week 10 Challenge List & Strategy

Beyond the snowballs, Embark Studios has prepared four other combat and scavenging objectives.

  • Deal damage to Shredders: These vicious foes are plentiful on the Stella Montis map. Head there to rack up damage quickly.
  • Deal damage to flying ARC enemies: You can progress this trial on any map. It pairs perfectly with the Rocketeer snowball challenge.
  • Destroy Fireballs: Merely damaging them is not enough. You must secure the kill to finish the job.
  • Open ARC Probes: This requires a high-risk playstyle. Probes are noisy and slow to breach, often attracting enemy fire. However, you must open as many as possible to maximise your score.

Understanding the Reward System

The Trials system rewards precision and persistence. Earning stars in these challenges grants specific loot items:

  • 1 Star: Uncommon item.
  • 2 Stars: Rare item.
  • 3 Stars: Epic item.

Players who consistently rank high throughout the season will earn even better rewards. If you want the Epic loot, you need to hit that three-star mark before the next reset. Get Topside and start hunting.
