The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has issued roll number slips for the second annual Matriculation examinations, in which 64,650 candidates will appear this year.
According to media reports, the examinations will begin on October 6. Papers in six subjects will be held on the first day, including Education, History of Pakistan, Al-Quran and Geometrical Drawing.
The 9th-grade examinations will start on October 17 with the Pakistan Studies paper. The final 9th-grade paper, Chemistry, is scheduled for October 28.
Practical examinations will run from October 30 to November 7.
