Bramerz, an award-winning digital agency, has quietly launched an online ticket booking service. The website, which goes by the name of AnyTicket, is a dedicated platform for booking tickets for cinemas. But, considering the name of the brand in mind, we can expect them to start ticketing for other domains as well.

AnyTicket currently works for Lahore and has linkages with only two cinemas there. The venture is expected to expand, but the fact remains that there are several other platforms that offer similar services. While talking to TechJuice, Project Lead of AnyTicket, Amer Sarfraz said,

“The main differentiating factor between AnyTicket and other competitors working in the same line is our direct integration with the cinemas. With our service, users will not only be able to book the tickets but they will also be able to reserve the seats – which none of our competitors are offering.”

He went on to say,

“There is a difference between facilitation and integration. At AnyTicket, we are aggressively focused on integrations to make our users’ experience better.”

Amer believes that the launch doesn’t require any hype or mass marketing at the moment. As the product is in beta stages and the team is looking for feedback to improve the product and user experience before launching it in other cities and expanding the horizon.

In Pakistan, ticket booking service BookMe is the major player which has been aggressively partnering with the key stakeholders in the industry. On the other hand, Naseeb Networks is also working on a ticketing service application with the name, EasyTickets.

Competition under this domain will encourage the founders of such products to improve their services, which ultimately will benefit the users.
