Computer Teachers Exempted from Board Exam Duties to Prioritize IT Classes

The Higher Education Department (HED) has implemented a ban on assigning computer teachers to board exam duties. The directive has been issued to all educational boards, instructing them to follow the new policy.
Under the new rules, computer teachers will no longer be appointed as superintendents or deputy superintendents during board examinations.
The department explained that, as IT teachers are primarily responsible for computer education in most schools, their involvement in exam-related duties disrupts regular classes.
The HED emphasized that the absence of computer teachers during exam periods hampers the teaching of IT, as there are no substitutes available to take over their classes.
This move is intended to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of computer education throughout the exam season.
