The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has said it has activated an official helpline for its Pre-Departure Facilitation Desk at Islamabad International Airport to help passengers with travel documents, immigration queries and other travel guidance.
An FIA official said that 0303-5099581 is the only official helpline of the desk and that 0300-5805760 is not an official number. The helpline is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and passengers can call it for information before travelling abroad.
The helpline has been introduced to help passengers check their documents, understand immigration requirements and avoid problems at the airport. Passengers can also visit the desk at Islamabad International Airport in person for document checking and guidance.
The official advised passengers to use only the official number for assistance related to travel documents and immigration matters.
He said the FIA is committed to providing timely guidance and making the travel process easier and safer. The desk assists travellers before departure so they can complete the required travel and immigration procedures without confusion.
