The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has temporarily suspended its online application and registration facilities as a precautionary security measure against potential cyber threats.
The commission announced that all its web services were shifted to read-only mode starting 10am today. This restriction will remain in place until August 16, during which users will not be able to submit new applications or complete online registrations.
Among the affected services is the online registration and application process for MPT 2027. This facility has been suspended and will not resume until 12pm noon on August 16.
FPSC officials stated that the move was taken purely as a security precaution to protect the commissions systems from possible cyber risks. No further details regarding the nature of the threat were shared by the commission.
Candidates and applicants have been advised to wait until services are restored before attempting to register or submit applications through the FPSC website.
