LinkedIn has launched a new all in one premium subscription specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), as the company looks to drive greater adoption of its Premium program among smaller firms.
In an official announcement, LinkedIn’s VP of Product Management for Premium offerings explained that the new Premium All in One tier was built directly in response to what small business owners have consistently told LinkedIn. Growth is hard, and time is scarce, so they need tools that make a real difference at every step of their journey. According to LinkedIn:
We know that small businesses don’t have the luxury of onboarding to and stitching together multiple tools or navigating complex enterprise products. They wear many hats, and need an offering that brings together the essentials — visibility, credibility, customer reach, and hiring — in one place. And with a 60% growth of global members on LinkedIn adding “founder” to their profile, this need has never been stronger.
The All in One plan introduces a professional dashboard that brings sales, marketing and hiring tools together in a single interface, aiming to simplify how SMBs manage their presence and growth on LinkedIn without juggling multiple products.
Premium All in One consolidates LinkedIn’s core business capabilities into one streamlined system, combining client prospecting, marketing and recruitment tools alongside built-in guidance that suggests strategic next steps. It includes daily prospect recommendations, InMail credits and advanced search filters that help businesses find the right clients faster, along with an AI writing assistant to personalize outreach.
Here’s a quick guide on how to make the most of LinkedIn Premium All-in-One: Access the Dashboard:
- Start by clicking the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage, then select Premium features to get to your main control hub.
- Set Up & Target Clients: When you’re onboarding, take a moment to define your target criteria—like industry, seniority, and job title—so you can receive tailored daily prospect suggestions.
- Use Sales Tools: Make the most of unlimited searches with advanced filters to track down leads. Plus, you can use InMail credits to reach out to prospects directly, even if you’re not connected.
- Leverage Marketing Tools: The dashboard highlights trending posts from the past week that resonate with your audience’s interests, giving you the chance to comment or share and boost engagement.
- Utilize Hiring Features: Take advantage of job promotion credits to enhance the visibility of your job postings and attract the right candidates.
- Track Profile Views: Get insights into who’s been checking out your profile over the last year, helping you spot potential leads.
- Optimize Services: Don’t forget to add a featured service section that showcases your ratings and reviews, which can really enhance your service visibility.
Subscribers receive monthly credits they can use to boost posts and job ads, along with additional perks such as AI-generated profile suggestions and a Company Spotlight feature to build credibility. LinkedIn says early subscribers have recorded measurable gains, including significant increases in follower counts and profile views.
The company designed the package around the realities of running a small business, where owners often lack the time and resources to onboard multiple tools or manage complex enterprise software. The company highlights that with visibility, credibility, customer reach and hiring all bundled in one place, it can help SMBs more effectively leverage LinkedIn’s ecosystem of more than 1 billion professionals.
Priced at around $99 per month, the All in One subscription includes $100 in advertising credits and a $50 boost credit, a structure designed to sweeten the value proposition for businesses that already rely on LinkedIn for lead generation, networking and talent acquisition. Whether it delivers long-term value will depend on how active a company’s target audience is on the platform and how central LinkedIn becomes to its growth strategy.
According to LinkedIn:
We’re encouraged by positive feedback from our testing, with verbatims like: “Premium All-in-One has had a measurable impact: I’ve increased client inquiries by 2–3x per month and established more meaningful professional connections that directly contribute to my business growth,” and “Premium All-in-One saved me time…what I was impressed by so much is the fact that my credibility went to the sky when I added all the information about my company and myself.”
LinkedIn has seen a remarkable 50% growth in subscribers over the last two years, and now it’s eager to keep that momentum going. The company is now rightly planning to roll out more artificial intelligence features and introduce new packages to spark even more interest to an even bigger audience.
