Huawei has announced ‘Huawei Pay’ – a premier payment service that will operate through NFC from China.
The service can be utilized simply through the use of the NFC connectivity feature in a Huawei smartphone. The NFC chip that is found inside Huawei smartphones can be used to make payments on the go. Through collaboration with the China Union Pay, a Chinese payment service provider, Huawei has finally opened up its very own payment service. We’ve already seen Samsung Pay and Apple Pay but what makes Huawei Pay different is that it is likely to spread across the globe more quickly because of its reputation as a ‘customer brand’.
According to Mr. Shawn, the MD of Huawei devices in Pakistan, “Huawei Pay service is one of our best gifts to our loyal brand followers in China. We are also looking forward to begin the Huawei Pay service in Pakistan as well Because Pakistan is the 3rd largest market where an affirmative trend of growth of the Huawei has been witnessed last year. Furthermore, Huawei has a considerably larger consumer pool in Pakistan.”
