Apple’s next iPhones are already creating buzz, and the latest leaks suggest only a small design change instead of a big one.
Earlier, many reports said that Apple might remove the Dynamic Island from the Apple iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Now, that idea seems unlikely. Instead, the Dynamic Island may simply become smaller.
A new leak adds more clarity to this rumor. He claims that the smaller Dynamic Island will not be limited to Pro models. It could also appear on the iPhone 18 and the iPhone Air 2.
However, not everything is expected to change. The bezels on the screen may stay the same as on the iPhone 17 lineup. That includes the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air. So, the main visible update could be the smaller pill-shaped cutout on the front.
Like every year, Apple is also expected to improve performance. All models should come with a newer and faster chip. This has been a regular upgrade in Apple’s past releases.
As for the launch, the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max may arrive this fall. They could be announced along with a foldable iPhone, which some call the iPhone Fold or iPhone Ultra. Meanwhile, the iPhone 18, iPhone 18e, and iPhone Air 2 may come out next spring.
