The iQOO 15, launched in China last month, is now set to make its India debut on November 26. A new report has revealed key details about the flagship’s long-term software support ahead of its arrival.
The iQOO 15 will receive five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches. Since the phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6, users can expect updates up to Android 20.
This move marks a major shift for iQOO’s flagship lineup. The company recently extended software support for the iQOO 12 from three to four years, showing a clear focus on longevity and user experience.
According to the report, the iQOO 15 features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a massive 7,000 mAh battery. It also supports wireless charging and features a Samsung M14 OLED display with 2,600 nits peak brightness. On the back, the device houses a triple-camera setup designed for high-quality photography.
