Mobile services to remain suspended in 52 cities on Muharram

On account of Muharram, mobile network services will remain suspended, across the country in 52 cities, on the 9th and 10th of Muharram for security concerns.

Resort to the land-line as, in various cities, the shut-down will be complete and last for the whole day, on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am to 10pm. Other cities may receive a partial closure that too in particular areas. For sure, the services will be thwarted along the Procession routes specifically during the procession times. The shut down will occur in cities including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta.

Governments from all around the globes have been suspending the mobile phone services for security concerns. Pakstani populous also has to bear these bounds for its very own safety. Recently, the mobile phone services were suspended in Pakistan on the occasion of Defence day.
