The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has relaunched its mobile registration van service across several Punjab districts to facilitate citizens in remote areas. Additionally, the authority inaugurated Pakistan’s first-ever Women Registration Center (WRC) in Dera Ghazi Khan, ensuring easier access to identity services for women.
NADRA has long been recognized for its efforts to make identity registration more accessible. The mobile van service was introduced to reach far-flung communities lacking nearby NADRA centers. The latest phase of this campaign continues the authority’s mission to promote inclusivity and digital access across Pakistan.
According to NADRA, the mobile registration campaign began on November 10 and will continue until November 14, operating daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vans will visit multiple districts, including Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Khanewal, Multan, Layyah, Rajanpur, Sahiwal, and Rahim Yar Khan.
Residents can apply for or collect their CNICs, family registration certificates, and child registration forms through the mobile units. The detailed schedule is available on NADRA’s official website: https://www.nadra.gov.pk/mrvSchedule.
Meanwhile, NADRA has opened its first Women-Only Registration Center (WRC) at The Mall of DG Khan, Garden Town, Multan Road. Officials stated that the new facility provides a safe, respectful environment for women to obtain vital documents, promoting empowerment and legal identity.
A NADRA spokesperson said,
“These documents are more than just papers; they symbolize financial independence, property rights, and political recognition for women across South Punjab.”
Through these initiatives, NADRA continues to enhance accessibility, gender inclusion, and citizen convenience nationwide.
