Oppo is expanding its K-series lineup with the upcoming K15 Pro series, set to debut in China soon. The company has already shared key specifications ahead of the official launch, giving a clear look at what both models will offer. The lineup includes two devices, the K15 Pro and the K15 Pro+, and both focus on performance, cooling, and high-end features.
Oppo K15 Pro
The Oppo K15 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 8500 Super chipset, ensuring strong performance for daily use and gaming. In addition, Oppo has paired this chip with a large vapor chamber and an active cooling fan to maintain stable temperatures. Notably, the cooling fan on both models is IPX9-rated, which adds a high level of water resistance.
The phone features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, delivering smooth visuals. Moreover, it packs a 7,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging, which helps reduce downtime.
On the camera side, the K15 Pro comes with a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, along with an 8MP ultrawide sensor. For selfies, it includes a 16MP front camera. The device also carries an IP69 rating, which offers strong protection against dust and water.
In terms of design and storage, Oppo will offer the K15 Pro in Cyber Wings, Golden Legend, Origin Gray, and Photodust colors. It will be available in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB configurations.
Oppo K15 Pro+
The Oppo K15 Pro+ steps up with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s SoC, delivering even higher performance. It features a larger 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, which improves responsiveness and smoothness. Additionally, the device includes an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for faster and more secure unlocking.
Power is another highlight of the K15 Pro+. It houses an 8,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging, which allows for very fast charging speeds.
For photography, the phone includes a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens. A 16MP front camera handles selfies. Like the standard model, it also carries an IP69 rating for durability.
The K15 Pro+ will be available in Cyber Wings, Origin Gray, and Photodust color options. It will also come in the same 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB storage variants as the K15 Pro.
