Pakistan Unveils Official Kit for T20 World Cup 2026

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially unveiled the kit for the upcoming much-awaited ICC T20 World Cup 2026, shortly after the government confirmed participation in the marquee event.

Named the ‘Vanguard Markhor Edition’, the kit was revealed at an event attended by PCB Chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, former PCB officals, Najam Sethi and Ramiz Raja, and several national team members.

Originally, the kit was to be unveiled after the toss of the second T20 international match between Pakistan and Australia, but unavoidable circumstances postponed the ceremony.

The Men in Green will kick off their campaign against the Netherlands on February 7 at the Sinhalese Sports Club Cricket Ground in Colombo, under the leadership of Salman Ali Agha.

The Green Shirts will then lock horns against the United States of America at the same venue on February 10, followed by a match against Namibia on February 18.

Meanwhile, the government of Pakistan has barred the national team from playing against arch-rival India, which was scheduled for February 15 in Sri Lanka.

It is worth noting that Pakistan whitewashed Australia in the three-match T20I series after defeating the visitors by 111 runs at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
