10Pearls acquires Brilliant Experience, a user experience and research firm
10Pearls, a P@SHA Member software application design company that provides innovative digital solutions, has acquired Brilliant Experience, a research and innovation consultancy firm that fulfill customers’ needs through its cognitive designs.
Founded in 2011 by John Whalen, Brilliant Experience deeply examines and understands what stimulates and engages customers. This information and research help the clients to appeal to customers on psychological levels. Their method considers user experience (UX) as a multidimensional experience across six functional centers of the brain: vision/attention, way-finding, language, decision-making, emotion, and memory.
10Pearls’ digital technology solutions combined with Brilliant Experience’s understanding of the relationship between human psychology and UX, will enable companies to innovate their business models. 10Pearls has its offices in USA, Dubai, Canada and Pakistan.
