ISLAMABAD: The federal government has increased the price of petrol by Rs1 per litre for the next fortnight of March 2026, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance on Saturday.
Under the revised rates, petrol will now retail at Rs253.63 per litre, reflecting an increase of one rupee.
The price of high-speed diesel (HSD), however, has been kept unchanged at Rs254.64 per litre.
The new prices will remain effective for the next 15 days.
