Realme appears to be preparing another budget smartphone launch, and early details are already surfacing. A fresh report suggests the upcoming Realme C81 could arrive soon, possibly as a rebranded version of the Realme Note 80, which debuted just last month.
According to the report, the Realme C81 will come with 4GB of RAM. Buyers will have two storage options: 64GB and 128GB. The device carries the model number RMX5388. Moreover, it may launch in two color options, Storm Black and Glacier Blue.
Interestingly, the rebranding theory holds weight because both devices share the same model number. As a result, the Realme C81 may carry identical specifications to the Note 80 if this detail proves accurate.
In that case, the phone should feature a 6.74-inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720×1600. It is also expected to support a 90Hz refresh rate and reach 450-nit peak brightness. Under the hood, the device will likely run on the Unisoc T7250 SoC.
For photography, the handset may include an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Meanwhile, battery life could be a key highlight, with a 6,300 mAh battery onboard. The device is also expected to support 15W wired charging and 6W reverse wired charging.
For now, Realme has not confirmed these details. However, if the leak turns out to be accurate, the C81 will closely mirror the Note 80 in both design and hardware.
