Redmi Note 15 5G Battery Size Officially Revealed

Redmi is stepping up its launch momentum for the Note 15 5G, and the early details suggest a familiar but refined upgrade path. After teasing the phone’s camera earlier this week, the company has now confirmed another core specification as anticipation builds.

The Redmi Note 15 5G will pack a 5,520 mAh battery, matching earlier leaks and ending speculation. This marks a clear jump over the Redmi Note 14 5G, which carried a smaller cell. The new battery is 410 mAh larger, signaling a stronger focus on endurance this year.

Charging speeds also see a solid boost. Redmi says the phone will support 45W wired charging, a step above previous models. The company claims the device can deliver up to 1.6 days of usage on a single charge, although real-world results may vary. Redmi is also promising up to five years of battery life, likely referring to long-term health before dropping below 80% capacity.

Camera hardware remains a key selling point. Redmi has confirmed a 108MP main camera, matching its predecessor but staying competitive in the midrange segment. This sensor anchors the rear setup and continues Redmi’s strategy of pushing high-resolution photography at aggressive prices.

Leaks and retailer listings have already filled in much of the remaining picture. The Redmi Note 15 5G is expected to feature a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. Powering the device should be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. The phone is listed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

On the imaging side, reports point to an 8MP ultrawide camera alongside the 108MP main sensor. A 20MP front camera is also expected, handling selfies and video calls.

With teasers now accelerating, Redmi appears close to a full reveal. If the confirmed specifications hold, the Note 15 5G positions itself as a battery-focused upgrade with familiar camera strengths.
