The National Assembly (NA) was informed that 164,788 citizens were deported from Gulf countries during the past five years, with Saudi Arabia accounting for 108,029 deportations.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi provided a written reply detailing deportations: 40,497 from the United Arab Emirates, 9,814 from Oman, 2,971 from Qatar, 2,779 from Bahrain, and 698 from Kuwait.

He further disclosed 9,233 complaints lodged by Pakistani workers in seven Gulf countries over three years, highlighting grievances related to employment, treatment, and contractual obligations.
Saudi Arabia accounted for 5,321 complaints, followed by the United Arab Emirates with 1,310, Qatar with 677, Oman with 404, Kuwait with 539, Bahrain with 850, and Iraq with 132.

Earlier this month, Shia religious authorities in Pakistan estimate that thousands of Shia Pakistanis had been expelled from the United Arab Emirates since mid-April.
However, the Interior Ministry denied reports concerning Pakistani nationals, calling them a deliberate campaign of negative propaganda aimed at misleading the public about conditions abroad.
Officials confirmed that no Pakistani citizen was being deported from the UAE or any other country on the basis of targeted or discriminatory policies by host governments.
