Service Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Hassan Javed as Chairman and Mr. Arif Saeed as Chief Executive Officer. The company disclosed the appointments in separate notices sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday.
Both decisions were made at a board meeting held today on August 13, 2026. Service Industries also asked the PSX to inform its TRE Certificate Holders about the appointments.
Service Industries Limited was incorporated as a private limited company on 20 March 1957. It was established in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 1913, now known as the Companies Act, 2017.
The company later became a public limited company on 23 September 1959. It was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange on 27 June 1970.
Service Industries’ main business includes the purchase, manufacture, and sale of footwear. The company also operates in the technical rubber products segment.
