This is the 4th consecutive year that Telenor Pakistan has won the prestigious award given out by the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM) along with Engage Consulting. Telenor is a very well known brand in Pakistan, due to its range of cellular and digital services across the country. For many years people in the technology sector have wanted to work at such a company and now they have yet another reason.
Winning the award once is quite an achievement, but winning it 4 times in a row really speaks of the amazing work environment Telenor Pakistan provides for its employees. The company spent $80 million (yes, that’s US Dollars) on its construction back in 2016, and it covers a whopping 15 acres. Instead, the workforce is quite diverse and this has benefited the company by bringing in innovation from all possible sources.

The comfortable work space allows employees to function at their best and work hard at their jobs. This leads to more efficient workers, and hence better products and services.
