The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro launch event has just started in Paris. The Chinese smartphone giant is expected to launch two remarkable and innovative handsets at the event.
Rumors have suggested that the Huawei P30 Pro will have a 6.47-inch 1080 x 2340 OLED screen, making it bigger but lower resolution than the 6.39-inch 1440 x 3120 screen on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The P30 Pro is expected to deliver upgraded specs, featuring 8GB RAM and 512GB internal storage options.
In similarity with the last year’s models, the P30 and P30 Pro are said to be almost identical. As suggested in previous leaks, both phones are expected to have the same waterdrop notch, thankfully no hole-punch yet, which also hopefully means they have the same front-facing cameras and sensors. Additionally, there are no fingerprint sensors in front or on the rear, suggesting that an in-screen fingerprint scanner is likely to be induced.
Let’s watch the live event now to know more about the devices and how they will #RewriteTheRules.
