Each user is allotted a dedicated virtual machine that runs on a separate OS. This flexibility gives them partial administration rights to install or uninstall an application.

A contract signing ceremony was attended by the management of Zong and LUMS. Zong has also set up a mini customer service center at LUMS recently. This service center facilitates the students and faculty members to avail the latest offers and high-speed 4G services of Zong. Zong also established an advanced 4G research lab at the University.
