Lucky Motors has officially launched the all-new Kia Sportage L (Longwheel) in Pakistan, introducing a modern and feature-packed compact SUV. Available in both petrol and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) variants, the Sportage L combines impressive power, advanced technology, and comprehensive safety features, promising an enhanced driving experience. The model is offered in three variants, including two petrol options and a top-of-the-line hybrid variant.
Dimensions & Exterior Design
When compared to its predecessor, the Kia Sportage L has an improved design, including an extended size and greater strength. The vehicle measures 4,660 mm in length, 1,865 mm in width, and 1,665 mm in height, with roof rack installation included to increase storage space. With a wheelbase of 2,755 mm and an appropriate 181 mm ground clearance, this vehicle is ideal for both city driving and light off-roading.
The automobile has rhombus headlamps with boomerang daytime running lights (DRLs), a star map grille, notch-shaped LED rear lamps for best visual utility, and a sleek muscular profile with wide shoulders throughout its exterior. The panoramic sunroof and roof rack features enhance its visual appeal, and the combination of 17-inch or 18-inch alloy wheels completes its outstanding style.
Interior Features & Technology
The Kia Sportage L’s cabin includes both innovative technology and elegant components to provide optimal comfort and convenience. The inside includes two integrated 12.3-inch curved screens, as well as a simple digital driver cluster with a 4.2-inch multi-function LCD screen.
Premium cabin features include an 8-speaker Harman Kardon entertainment system and a wireless phone charging pad, as well as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility and dynamic 64-color ambient mood lighting. The vehicle comes standard with a Drive Mode Select (DMS) system which provides Normal Eco Smart Sport driving choices to suit different situations. The Shift by Wire (SBW) system enables users to experience smooth premium gear shifts during driving.
Safety Features
The Kia Sportage L offers safety with equipment such as 6 airbags, a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA). Kia Sportage L’s safety features include two collision avoidance systems: Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist (BCA) and Lane Keeping Assist. Its suite also includes safety measures such as Traditional Shipping Lines and Entry Control Assistant (FCA). The vehicle’s safety features include parking sensors, a Surround View Monitor (SVM), and a Rear-View Monitor with dynamic guidelines, which provide additional security.

Details regarding the price and booking will be revealed on February 6, 2025, but the Kia Sportage L is expected to compete fiercely with rivals such as the Haval HEV and Hyundai Santa Fe in the compact SUV segment.
