Ducky Bhai Promises Refunds Amid Heavy Criticism Over Online Course

Amid mounting criticism, popular YouTuber Ducky Bhai has responded to the controversy surrounding the Join Elite Group course. During a YouTube podcast with Talha Reviews on Monday, the real-life Saad Ur Rehman announced his official withdrawal from the project and promised full refunds to all customers who purchased the Ducky Bhai course.

Explaining the refunds process, Ducky emphasized that those who bought the course must follow a responsible process to claim their refunds. To initiate the request, buyers need to provide a screen recording of the email they received, along with their identification. A dedicated support email will be provided, where only a short screen recording will be required.

Moreover, he said that users must record their screen while logged into the course website. They should then navigate to their bank account, ensuring the recording shows the transaction where Rs5,000 was deducted and credited to the Join Elite Group account. Personal information can be blurred or cropped if necessary. A 20- to 30-second screen recording will be sufficient for verification, after which the refund will be processed. Additionally, users must provide their bank details to facilitate the transaction.

While the viral content creator has taken responsibility for the Ducky Bhai course controversy, his partners, Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nani Wala, have yet to respond to his statement.

The Ducky Bhai course backlash is the latest in a string of controversies involving the YouTuber, who recently lost a significant number of subscribers following the Sham Idrees video on Ducky Bhai.

In a recent video, Sham Idrees expressed serious allegations against Ducky, alleging a pattern of abusive conduct directed towards smaller content creators, characterised by bullying, threats, and physical assaults. Sham disclosed that he took decisive measures to eliminate Ducky Bhai’s Facebook page due to its inclusion of objectionable material.

In support of his claims, Sham Idrees provided firsthand testimonies from individuals who have experienced threats of abuse, legal intimidation, and even threats of kidnapping from Ducky Bhai. The incendiary claims made by Sham Idrees have elicited prompt reactions within the YouTube community.
