Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced new hiring opportunities in Pakistan, marking its first growth-related openings in the country in four years.
The company revealed that it is currently seeking to fill key roles, including a Growth and Marketing Manager and a Community Intern, as part of its broader push to strengthen its footprint in South Asia’s fast-growing digital asset market.

According to the company, these new positions are tailored for individuals who thrive in independent and high-autonomy environments. The Growth and Marketing Manager role focuses on building Binance’s brand presence, leading campaigns, and expanding user adoption across the country. The Community Intern position emphasizes grassroots engagement, organizing local events, and fostering discussions across Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
Both roles represent Binance’s effort to build stronger connections with Pakistani users, a market that has seen rapid adoption of cryptocurrencies despite ongoing regulatory debates.
Binance described this as a “rare opportunity,” noting that it is the company’s first set of growth openings for Pakistan in four years. Experts see these as signals for a revival of localized efforts, especially as Pakistan’s government recently launched initiatives such as the Strategic Digital Wallet Company (SDWC) to regulate and secure state-owned digital assets.
