Oppo Find N6 Leak Reveals Bigger Battery and Lighter Design
Oppo is already working on its next foldable flagship, the Find N6, following the launch of the Find N5 in February. Fresh leaks from China have revealed key details about the upcoming device, hinting at notable design and hardware upgrades.
According to the latest information, the Oppo Find N6 will feature an 8.1-inch inner folding display paired with a 6.6-inch cover screen. Powering the phone will be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, Qualcomm’s latest high-end processor designed for top-tier Android devices. The phone is also rumored to pack a 6,000 mAh battery, marking a solid improvement in endurance compared to its predecessor.
On the camera front, the Find N6 is expected to sport a 50MP main lens using Sony’s Lytia LYT-808 1/1.4-inch sensor, alongside another 50MP periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom. This setup suggests Oppo is focusing heavily on imaging performance once again.
The fingerprint sensor will reportedly remain side-mounted and integrated into the power button. The device is also said to support wireless charging and come with a high water resistance rating, further enhancing durability.
According to the leaks, the Find N6 may also be thinner and lighter than an unnamed “Ultra” model, likely the Find X8 Ultra or the upcoming Find X9 Ultra. If the comparison refers to the former, the Find N6 could measure under 8.8mm when folded and weigh less than 226g. That would be a slight but meaningful reduction from the Find N5’s 8.9mm thickness and 229g weight.
Oppo has yet to confirm these details, but if the leaks hold true, the Find N6 could mark a major step forward for the company’s foldable lineup.
