Jazz, Pakistan’s largest telecom operator, posted 14.6% year-on-year revenue growth in the third quarter of 2025, driven by expanding cellular customer base and accelerating digital services portfolio, including fintech, entertainment, and digital commerce. The company invested PKR 37 billion during the first nine months of 2025 to strengthen network infrastructure and develop digital platforms.
Core telecom revenue grew 9.8% year-on-year, while digital services, encompassing JazzCash, Tamasha, and other platforms, expanded faster at 28.5% growth, indicating a strategic shift toward diversified revenue streams beyond traditional connectivity services. The company’s EBITDA margin improved to 46%, supported by operational efficiencies and reduced energy costs.

Jazz’s 4G customer base surpassed 55 million subscribers, representing 11.4% year-over-year growth, with 4G penetration reaching 75.7% of the operator’s total user base. Average revenue per user (ARPU) increased 12.3%, reflecting both pricing adjustments and higher digital service consumption.
Multiplay engagement customers actively using multiple Jazz digital services grew to 38% of the total customer base, increasing 28.6% year-over-year. This metric indicates expanding adoption of bundled services across connectivity, fintech, and entertainment segments.
Digital Services Expansion
JazzCash, the fintech platform, processed over PKR 3.9 trillion in gross transaction value during Q3 2025, representing 57.8% year-over-year growth. The platform maintained 20.6 million monthly active users and disbursed over 150,000 loans daily, with a single-day peak of 200,000 loans totalling PKR 1.1 billion. Under the Prime Minister’s Cashless Society initiative, JazzCash processed more than 80% of Raast payment value.
Tamasha, Jazz’s entertainment platform, reached 31.8 million monthly active users—a record figure attributed to Asia Cup cricket coverage, the launch of Tamasha Pro (premium tier), and new content partnerships including a major television network and an AI-powered news channel.
SIMOSA, Jazz’s self-care and lifestyle application, recorded 21.8 million monthly active users, with its AI assistant serving 1 million monthly users, handling bundle activations and complaint resolution.
Capital Investment and Strategy
Jazz invested PKR 37 billion during the first nine months of 2025 to expand network capacity, enhance digital platforms, and strengthen service resilience.
