Hyundai Nishat has officially confirmed that the all-new Hyundai Palisade is coming to Pakistan, ending months of speculation around the launch of the brand’s largest SUV.
The confirmation came through Hyundai’s official social media platforms, where the company announced that bookings for the Palisade will open in March 2026. While this answers the long-standing question of whether the SUV would arrive in Pakistan, several key details remain undisclosed.
According to the announcement, Pakistan will become the first market after Korea to locally assemble the Palisade. The SUV will be offered as a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) model, marking a significant step for Hyundai’s local operations and the premium SUV segment in the country.
However, Hyundai has not yet revealed the official launch date, pricing, variants, or full specifications for the Pakistani market. These details are expected to play a crucial role in how the Palisade is received, especially in a segment where price positioning often determines success.
The Palisade is Hyundai’s flagship three-row SUV and has been positioned internationally as a family-oriented vehicle with a strong road presence, modern design, and a focus on comfort. Globally, it sits above models like the Santa Fe and targets buyers looking for space, practicality, and premium features without stepping into traditional luxury brands.
For now, the market has clarity on three things: the Palisade is confirmed, it will be assembled locally, and bookings will open in March 2026. Everything else, including delivery timelines and on-road prices, is still awaited.
