Vivo’s upcoming X300 FE is quietly clearing regulatory hurdles across key markets. After securing approval in Europe back in October, the device has now appeared in fresh certifications in Asia. Listings from Singapore and Germany suggest the launch may not be far away.
The phone, carrying model number V2537, recently received certification from Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority and Germany’s TÜV Rheinland. These approvals often signal that a global rollout is getting closer.
One key detail comes from the TÜV listing. It confirms support for 90W wired charging. That places the X300 FE among the faster-charging phones in its segment. Fast charging has become a major selling point, especially in competitive markets like India and Europe.
Performance details have also surfaced through Geekbench. The benchmark reveals that the phone runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. The tested unit included 12GB of RAM. However, Vivo could offer additional RAM options at launch. Brands often test one configuration publicly while preparing multiple variants for retail.
On the software side, the X300 FE will ship with Android 16, layered with OriginOS 6 from day one. That means buyers will get the latest Android version out of the box. It also shows Vivo’s push to stay current with software updates.
If Vivo follows its usual playbook, the X300 FE may not be entirely new. It could arrive as a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro mini or at least share most of its hardware. That device offers a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 1216×2640 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB.
Camera hardware also stands out. The S50 Pro mini features a 50 MP main camera with OIS. It also includes a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. An 8MP ultrawide handles wider shots. On the front, users get a 50MP selfie camera.
Battery life looks strong on paper. The phone packs a 6,500 mAh battery. It supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. If the X300 FE mirrors these specs, it will compete aggressively in the premium mid-range space.
