The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced revised working hours for Ramadan 2026, in line with the annual practice followed by government departments during the holy month. The adjusted schedule is aimed at facilitating fasting staff members as well as the general public seeking essential identity services. According to the announced schedule, most NADRA registration centers across Pakistan will operate on reduced timings during Ramadan.

- Friday: Reduced working hours
NADRA plays a central role in providing identity-related services, including issuance and renewal of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), B-Forms, Family Registration Certificates and verification services. Any change in office timings therefore directly affects a large number of citizens.
Despite shorter working hours, all essential NADRA services will remain available. However, reduced timings are expected to increase footfall during early hours, which may result in longer queues and quicker exhaustion of daily tokens.
