Reports of the disruption have surged on Downdetector, jumping from around 150 complaints to over 5,000 within a short period. Users have also taken to social media to share frustrations over repeated outages.
The company has acknowledged the issue on its status page, citing “Elevated Errors on claude.ai.” According to the latest update, the problem has been identified and a fix is currently being implemented, though no timeline for resolution has been provided.
