Samsung Wallet is getting a notable upgrade, as Samsung introduces a new feature aimed at simplifying travel planning. The feature, called Trips, focuses on bringing all travel details into one place. It removes the hassle of switching between multiple apps and scattered confirmations.
Trips works as a central hub for your travel plans. It organizes everything into a clear and easy-to-follow timeline. As a result, users can view their entire journey in one place. This timeline helps structure even the busiest itineraries, making trips smoother from start to finish.
Once you add supported items to Samsung Wallet, Trips automatically groups them based on time and location. This means your plans stay organized without extra effort. In addition, the feature supports a wide range of bookings. These include hotels, flight itineraries, car rentals, and excursions. It also covers tickets for buses, trains, theme parks, and sporting events.
Users are not limited to automatic entries. They can manually add itinerary items whenever needed. Moreover, the feature allows adding personal notes or memos alongside saved plans. This adds flexibility and makes it easier to manage unique travel needs.
Samsung says Trips will begin rolling out later this month. Initially, it will be available in Korea, the US, and the UK.
