Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan has rejected reports circulating on social media about the launch of the 7th-generation Honda City in Pakistan, urging customers to rely on the company’s official communication channels for updates.
In a statement shared through its official social media account, Honda said it supports transparent and responsible information sharing and advised customers to disregard rumors and avoid spreading unverified information about the launch of a new Honda City.
The company also confirmed that customers can continue booking the existing Honda City, indicating that no official announcement has been made regarding the launch of a new-generation model in Pakistan.
Honda’s official website currently continues to list the existing City for bookings.
The clarification follows a report by a local automotive website claiming that Honda could unveil the 7th-generation City at the upcoming Pakistan Auto Parts Show (PAPS) 2026.
The Pakistan Auto Parts Show is scheduled to take place from September 18 to 20, 2026. The current 6th-generation Honda City has been available in Pakistan since 2021.
For now, Honda has asked customers to ignore unverified reports regarding the new City and wait for any official announcement through its authorized communication channels.
