The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced recruitment for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) positions reserved for women from eight districts of Punjab. Walk-in tests and interviews will be held in Sargodha from September 29 to October 2, 2026.
The vacancies cover Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, and Bhakkar. Only candidates whose CNIC or domicile lists an address in the relevant district are eligible to apply.
The minimum educational qualification is intermediate or equivalent, and candidates with at least one year of relevant experience will be given preference.
The maximum age limit is 25 years, inclusive of the standard five-year relaxation, with no further relaxation to be granted. However, women from minority communities and women with disabilities are also encouraged to apply.
According to the district-wise breakdown, three posts have been allocated for Satiana, Aminpur, and Ram Diwali in Faisalabad; two for Ahmad Nagar in Chiniot; two for Athara Hazari and Shorkot in Jhang; five for Kasoke, Wanike Tarar, Kaleke, Jalalpur Bhattian, and Sukheke in Hafizabad; five for Kot Momin, Farooqa, CFSC, and Silanwali in Sargodha; four for Kot Chandna, Mianwali, Chakralla, and Bin Hafiz Ji in Mianwali; one for Joharabad in Khushab; and four for Mitha Tiwana, Bahal, Dullay Wala, and Mankera in Bhakkar.
The testing and interview schedule varies by district.
Candidates from Faisalabad, Chiniot, and Jhang will sit their tests on September 29, with interviews the following day. Hafizabad and Sargodha candidates will be tested on September 30, with interviews on October 1. Candidates from Mianwali, Khushab, and Bhakkar will take their tests on October 1, with interviews on October 2.
Registration for the test will run from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while interviews will begin at 9:00 a.m. Only candidates who pass the test will be shortlisted for interviews. All tests and interviews will take place at NADRA Regional Head Office, 6-Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.
Candidates must bring their original personal, educational, and professional documents on the day of the test, and government or semi-government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Attested educational certificates from the relevant boards must also be presented at the interview stage.
Selected candidates will subsequently be required to submit medical fitness and character certificates. Any candidate found to have provided false information at any stage will be disqualified.
