Apple has started rolling out iOS 27 to iPhone users worldwide. The update brings several changes, including Liquid Glass refinements and faster app loading. Apple says app load times can be up to 30% faster with iOS 27. The update also improves search across Spotlight, Photos, and Mail.
The biggest change is Apple’s revamped Siri AI. It is launching in beta with English-only support and will not be available in the EU at launch. Apple plans to add French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish support in October. The company is also rolling out iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, and visionOS 27.
The iOS 27 update went live at 10AM PT, 1PM ET, and 5PM UTC. Millions of users are receiving the update at the same time.
