Oppo has begun rolling out the A7 Pro Max to more markets after launching it in China in August. The device has now reached Europe, with Austria among its first overseas markets. The A7 Pro Max is currently available for pre-order in Austria for €599. Buyers can choose between Surfing Blue and Lunar Black. Shipping is scheduled to begin on October 1.
The phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1272×2772 resolution. It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 1,800 nits of peak brightness. Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset. It comes with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The hardware is aimed at users who want a large display and strong battery life.
For photography, the A7 Pro Max has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization. A 2MP monochrome camera sits alongside it for additional imaging features. The front camera is also a 50MP sensor with autofocus. However, the biggest feature of the phone is its massive 10,000mAh battery. Oppo supports it with 80W wired charging and 6.5W reverse wired charging.
The A7 Pro Max runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top. It also carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. Oppo has included several other features, including dual-SIM support and eSIM connectivity. An under-display fingerprint scanner is also built in.
The phone also has a configurable multicolor notification LED on the back. With its large battery, high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, and durable build, the A7 Pro Max brings a different focus to Oppo’s A-series lineup.
