The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) received 7,546 complaints from telecom consumers against various operators in August 2026, of which 7,159 complaints, or 94.87%, were resolved.
Cellular mobile operators accounted for the highest number of complaints, with 6,774 complaints, of which 6,488 (95.8%) were addressed. Jazz received 3,592 complaints and resolved 3,463, while Telenor received 1,099 and resolved 1,043. Zong recorded 1,183 complaints, resolving 1,148, whereas Ufone received 869 complaints and addressed 806.
PTA also received 105 complaints against basic telephony services, resolving 97 with a 92.4% resolution rate. Internet service providers (ISPs) received 667 complaints, of which 574 (86.1%) were resolved during the month.
