The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has authorised its circles to correct billing errors for net metering consumers, officials said.
Under the new arrangement, consumers can approach their respective Revenue Officer (RO) offices to get their bills corrected. Corrections will be processed on the basis of account number of each consumer.
FESCO officials said hundreds of affected net metering consumers have already been provided the correction facility.
