Changan has officially launched the Nevo Hunter REEV in Pakistan, introducing the company’s new range-extended electric pickup with 4×4 capability to the local market.
The pickup combines an electric powertrain with range extender technology, all-wheel drive, and SUV-like comfort. Changan claims the Nevo Hunter can deliver a combined range of more than 900 kilometers, allowing drivers to travel longer distances without relying entirely on charging infrastructure.
Engine and Performance
The Changan Nevo Hunter REEV is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo engine paired with an all-wheel-drive system.
The pickup produces 322 horsepower and 529 Nm of torque. It comes with a 31.18 kWh battery and offers a claimed electric range of 131 kilometers under the NEDC cycle.
With its fuel and electric systems combined, the vehicle offers a claimed range of more than 900 km and features a 70-liter fuel tank.
Dimensions and Drivetrain
The Nevo Hunter measures 5,380 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 1,920 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,180 mm.
The AWD system is supported by multiple driving modes for different road and terrain conditions. Normal modes include Eco, Comfort, Sport, Traction, and Custom.
For off-road driving, the pickup offers Snow, Mud, Sand, Crawl, Towing, and Off-road modes.
Features and Safety
The Pakistan-spec Nevo Hunter REEV features a 12.3-inch infotainment display, six-speaker audio system, and 50W wireless charging.
Safety equipment includes six airbags, electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), anti-lock braking system (ABS), traction control, parking sensors, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
Changan is positioning the pickup around a combination of electric performance, 4×4 capability, everyday usability, and long-distance driving.
The company is promoting the Nevo Hunter under the tagline “Explore Your Freedom.”
Price and Booking
The Changan Nevo Hunter REEV has been launched in Pakistan at an introductory price of Rs. 10,990,000.
The booking amount has been set at Rs. 2,200,000. The introductory price remains subject to applicable terms and conditions.
