Fortnite x The Office: Michael Scott & Dwight Schrute Skins Revealed

Published by

Dunder Mifflin has officially arrived on the Battle Bus. Following leaks from dedicated fans who dug through game files, Fortnite launched its highly anticipated collaboration with NBC’s “The Office” yesterday, January 23. Players can now access content featuring the likenesses of actors Steve Carell and Rainn Wilson. This crossover adds a unique flavour to the game’s massive library of IP collaborations, which started back in 2018.

Michael Scott: World’s Best Boss

Michael Scott joins the cast with three distinct skin variations. First, players can select his classic suit. Additionally, a second variation adds a pair of sunglasses. Finally, the third option features the zany “Date Mike” persona, complete with a backwards-facing cap, no tie, and an unbuttoned shirt.

Furthermore, Michael comes with his own set of accessories. His Back Bling is an enormous version of his “World’s Best Boss” mug. For harvesting materials, he wields the Dundee Award as a pickaxe. Most importantly, players can use “The Scarn” emote. This iconic dance from the “Threat Level Midnight” episode features audio directly from the show.

Dwight Schrute’s Managerial Arsenal

Dwight Schrute is also available with three outfit changes. You can equip him in his full suit or choose a short-sleeved button-up look without the jacket. Moreover, the third outfit references the “Stress Relief” episode, featuring the unsettling CPR dummy mask.

Dwight’s accessories are equally thematic. His Back Bling is the CPR dummy itself, while his pickaxe is the signature broom-stake he once used to fight a vampire bat. Additionally, players can deploy the coveted Megadesk as a glider. His unique emote, “Dwight’s Lil’ Lead Car”, allows characters to hop into a red sports car and shout from a bullhorn.

Fortnite South Park Event Continues

While The Office content is the newest addition, it does not interrupt the current schedule. The South Park collaboration event remains live. This event, based on The Stick of Truth storyline, features mech suit battles and runs through February 5. Consequently, players can enjoy both iconic sitcom crossovers simultaneously.
