Honor has confirmed the launch date of its upcoming Win Turbo smartphone in China. The company will officially unveil the device on May 29 through a Weibo announcement. Earlier, Honor had already started teasing the phone, revealing its rear design and color choices.
At the same time, the device is now available for pre-order in China. Buyers can choose from three color options, including Black and White. These early listings also highlight strong interest ahead of the official launch.
The Honor Win Turbo features a triple rear camera setup on the back. It includes a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). This setup is designed to improve photo clarity and stability.
Some specifications are still not officially confirmed by the company. However, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared additional expected details. According to the leak, the phone may resemble the Honor Power2 in hardware.
The device could feature a 1.5K resolution LTPS display. It is also expected to come with a metal frame for a more premium build. In addition, the handset may pack a large 10,080mAh battery.
Interestingly, the Win Turbo is said to skip a built-in cooling fan. This sets it apart from other phones in the Win series. More official details are expected at the launch event on May 29.
