iPhone 17 Lineup Now Eligible for Apple’s Self Service Repair Program

Apple has extended its Self Service Repair program to include the latest iPhone 17 series, giving users more control over device maintenance.

Originally launched in the United States in April 2022, the program allows customers to purchase genuine Apple parts and tools for at-home repairs. With this latest update, owners of the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air can now order parts directly from Apple’s official Self Service Repair portal.

Through the portal, users can also access detailed repair manuals designed to guide them through the process. However, Apple advises only experienced users to attempt these repairs, as handling delicate components like batteries or displays can be challenging without professional tools or training.

The program is currently available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and several regions across the European Union. Customers in these markets can purchase genuine replacement parts such as cameras, speakers, batteries, and glass panels, ensuring the same quality used in Apple’s own repair centers.
