Isuzu Pakistan Hypes Latest Generation D-Max with Teaser Image

The buzz around the newly launched JAC T9 hasn’t settled yet, and Gandhara Industries is already making waves with another major announcement. The company has teased the arrival of the latest-generation Isuzu D-Max in Pakistan. As per industry sources, the much-anticipated pickup truck is expected to be launched in March, with bookings reportedly opening next month.

Isuzu Pakistan has unveiled a teaser image highlighting key features of the new D-Max, offering a glimpse into its bold design, powerful performance, and premium interior. The model, already a success in Thailand and other global markets, is set to redefine the pickup truck segment in Pakistan.

Performance & Powertrain

The latest D-Max comes equipped with a Blue Power 3.0 TD engine, capable of producing 187 hp and 450 Nm of torque. Paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission, it ensures smooth gear shifts for both urban commutes and off-road adventures. The Terrain Command system offers flexibility with 2WD and 4WD options, catering to diverse driving conditions.

Exterior & Interior Design

The JAC T9 2025 features an aggressive and rugged exterior, accentuated by over fenders, a cargo spoiler, roof rails, and front bumper cladding. These elements add to its sporty aesthetic while maintaining a strong utility focus.

Inside, the MIURA design philosophy is evident with a two-tone cabin theme, an 8-way power-adjustable seat with lumbar support, and dual-zone climate control. For added convenience, the remote engine start feature allows drivers to pre-condition the cabin before entering.

Advanced Safety Features

Isuzu prioritizes safety with seven SRS airbags and an advanced braking system comprising Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Traction Control (TSC). These features enhance stability and ensure superior grip, even on slippery terrains.

Additionally, the Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist simplify driving on steep inclines, while the impressive 800mm water-wading depth ensures superior off-road capabilities. For towing applications, Trailer Sway Control provides an extra layer of safety.

With its combination of power, comfort, and safety, the new-generation Isuzu D-Max is expected to make a strong impact in the Pakistani market.
