NADARA, as an organization, is moving away from manual processes toward a comprehensive biometric identity framework. The platform reflects NADRA’s broader shift from traditional paper-based systems to one of the world’s largest biometric identity frameworks. Services are now presented in a more structured and user-friendly format.
The redesigned website includes maps functionality and online verification features for CNICs and NICOP. This allows citizens to verify identity documents digitally without visiting NADRA offices. The integrated system streamlines the application and verification process for various identity-related documents.

For overseas Pakistanis, the enhanced portal simplifies access to NICOP and POC services. These documents are essential for Pakistani citizens living abroad, so the digital platform reduces the need for in-person visits to consulates or registration centers.
