A new leak has revealed key details about another phone in vivo’s X300 lineup. The company has already launched several vivo X300 models. Now, it appears to be working on the vivo X300e. The phone first appeared in February through a leaked IMEI listing. Now, a reliable Weibo source has shared most of the device’s hardware details.
According to the leak, the vivo X300e will feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with a flat design. It is also expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. The same chipset is rumored for the vivo X300 FE.
The camera setup also looks promising. The phone may include a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, users could get a 50MP selfie camera. Moreover, all cameras are expected to feature Zeiss lenses and imaging tuning.
Battery life could be another strong point of the device. The leak claims the vivo X300e will pack a large 7,100mAh battery. It is also expected to support 90W fast charging. Despite the large battery, the phone is said to keep a slim profile. The report claims the device will measure just under 8.0mm thick. It will also weigh around 203 grams.
The latest report does not include any images of the smartphone. However, it describes the rear camera layout. Unlike other X300 models, the X300e may feature a square-shaped camera module near the upper-left corner. As a result, it is unlikely to use a circular camera bump or the horizontal camera design seen on the vivo X300 FE.
Overall, the leaked specifications suggest the vivo X300e will closely resemble the vivo X300 FE. However, it could arrive with a slightly larger display, a bigger 7,100mAh battery, and a new rear design. Vivo has not confirmed these details yet, so they should be treated as rumors until the company makes an official announcement.
